Brand Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the creation, development, optimization, and maintenance of all Brand Service Deliverables.  These deliverables are focused on enhancing clients’ Amazon listings and include enhanced images, copy, banners (EBC), storefronts, sponsored ads and more.
  • Lead the effort in reporting and communicating with internal team and client regarding the overall performance of the client’s Amazon listings.  Make recommendations and take actions based on the evaluation.
  • Develop “big ideas” for each brand by researching their listings, researching competitors’ listings, communicating with clients, and understanding market trends.
  • Own timelines and priorities across the cross-functional team and over communicate any changes to client and account managers.  Communicate need for additional personnel/resources in order to properly meet client needs and timelines.
  • Assist with developing best practices for onboarding clients, managing workflow and communicating with client.
  • Develop client assessments in order to determine account potential and what is needed for client to succeed.
  • Manage Brand Service associate(s).
  • Continually research and define best practices for optimizing listings on Amazon; stay ahead of Amazon trends, rollouts and changes offering clients expert Amazon knowledge.
  • Communicate with team members and receive feedback with poise and positivity.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing, branding or advertising; minimum of 2+ years of project management; minimum of 2+ years of experience in management.
  • Experienced in researching competitive landscapes, providing analysis and executing independently.
  • Strong communicator; ability to craft creative messaging for deliverables, ability to successfully communicate with clients, and ability to lead a cross-functional team with meeting deadlines for deliverables.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker; someone who “thinks big” but can also execute the strategies, measure the results and make changes where necessary.
  • Agency/branding experience is highly desired.
  • Amazon experience is a plus.
  • Certifications are a huge plus.
