Our client is seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Manager to lead their extraordinary Business Development team. As their Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in the continued growth of their partnerships. This professional must be a strategic and critical thinker with a proven track record of leading teams to exceed business goals.

Manager, Business Development

What you’ll do:

  • Be a strategic, out of the box leader for the growing business development team
  • Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
  • Brainstorm with the business development team to create new strategies
  • Create sales pitches and work with our marketing team to create marketing collateral
  • Develop ways to improve the customer/brand experience and build brand loyalty
  • Coach and motivate team members to exceed expected goals
  • Research the market and industry trends
  • Develop client onboarding/go-to market strategies (including prospecting via internal and external)
  • Monitor, track, and identify ways to increase the conversion rate of leads
  • Sales engineer to ensure processes, process flow, and team structure are efficient and optimal
  • Assist with changes to optimize current CRM (Salesforce) to maximize efficiency

 What you should have:

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales management/leadership experience
  • Salesforce experience is HIGHLY preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
