Strategist Pharma Brand Insights

Location: New York, NY

Type: Full Time

Min. Experience: Experienced

Our client is a specialist in brand and communications research, offering both qualitative and quantitative research solutions to some of the most vibrant domestic and international brands.   They help clients build brand relationships that matter and that are commercially and emotionally rewarding.  They do this by understanding people and closing the relationship gap between businesses and people.

Their positioning is as a strategic brand consultancy, powered by data and insight.  They do this through disciplined strategic thinking. This then acts as a driving force to extract hidden insights from further research investigation and data analytics.

They are dedicated to an open, supportive environment that gives talented people the opportunity to grow along with a successful company; one which has seen dynamic, organic growth since its inception over 15 years ago.  It is this culture which has been absolutely vital in attracting and retaining the best talent in the business.

Our client has developed a unique identity that separates them from the pack. You will see this reflected in everything they do; from their fresh thinking on brands and advertising, to the clients who choose them as partners and even to the way they designed their offices.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for  a talented and dedicated Strategist to work as part of the Health Research Team, focused on the day to day leadership, execution and delivery of research projects for clients. A Strategist takes responsibility for ownership of complete projects at both a strategic and tactical (day to day) level, with oversight and mentoring from a Director.  A Strategist will also manage and mentor Executives who support their research projects.  In this capacity, the Strategist will accept responsibility for quality of work and workload for themselves and any direct reports. In addition, a Strategist is a key member of the client relationship team, primarily from their project leadership but also making contributions to proposals and account planning.  The Strategist is an important member of the project/account team, and their commitment to the project/account and to other members of the team are key to the success of the company.

Our client loves to experiment in their approach and delivery, and they’re looking for someone who is energized by this. They are looking for someone who embraces change and is hungry to grow their skills in line with the business strategy.
