Director, Online Brand Services


This position will lead the future vision and execution of our brand services team.  This team works with clients to help them grow their sales online,  protect their brand, and provide data and insights to clients.  The position will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the executive team.  


  • Be a proactive leader of the team that drives innovation, process improvements and awesome client satisfaction.
  • Grow the revenue run rate of the Brand Services department from roughly $4mm to $10mm over the next 12 months.  
  • Create business models and pricing structures to launch new digital advertising services to help clients grow sales in a profitable fashion for both the client and company.
  • Develop a standard onboarding, tracking, and reporting system for new and existing brand partners.
  • Document successes and success metrics; create case studies for sales team to use in selling in additional programs
  • Grow, mentor, coach a team of smart, energetic and motivated individuals.


  • 5+ years experience working in a digital advertising agency environment
  • Experience working with keywords research, SEO/SEM, and pay per click advertising
  • Experience working with clients on brand messaging
  • Excellent communication skills; able to not only work cross functionally and gain universal buy-in but speak to current/potential vendors to discuss programs and opportunities
  • Proven ability to lead, grow, and coach teams.
